The State Treasurer is the first line of defense for Pennsylvania's taxpayers; it is the office that ensures that your tax dollars are being invested wisely. If elected, I will establish the highest ethical standards and accountability while promoting a policy of open government so that you can feel confident that your tax dollars are being used appropriately.

As State Representative for the last ten years, I am proud of my strong record of success on the issues that matter most. During that time, we expanded the PACE program to grant 100,000 more seniors access to prescriptions and ensured that every child in PA has health care coverage. We have also reached historic levels of support for public education and job creation.

Far too often, only wealthy bankers and political insiders profit from the Office of State Treasurer. But if elected, I will invest in companies that offer health care coverage to their employees, promote public education and create jobs in PA so that all Pennsylvanians can benefit from this office.
